What is No Win No Fee?
It's simple, if your claim is unsuccessful you pay nothing.
Will I have to pay a fee if I win my claim?
No. If you are awarded damages, the other side's insurance company will pay all your solicitor's costs and damages. There may be some exceptions but the solicitor will be able to explain this before your claim starts. You will receive 100% of any compensation awarded unless there are any exceptions.
Is it worth claiming?

You have three years in which to lodge your claim in court if you are over 18. If you are under 18, the three year period starts from your 18th birthday (16th birthday in Scotland).
If I make a claim against my employer, can they sack me?
This could amount to unfair dismissal. Your employer is required by law to take out insurance cover against accidents so your employer's insurance company will pay your compensation.
